Service Description

An Adult Autism Assessment consists of: 1.An ADIR Interview -Up to 3 Hours 2.An ADOS-2 Assessment- Up to 1.5 Hours 3.Completion of Screening Tools/Questionnaires- Service User to complete before attending first Assessment. 4.Multi-Disciplinary Team Meeting is Conducted for Data Analysis and Agreed Outcome. 5.Feedback Appointment if provided to Service User to Deliver the Outcome- 30 Minute Appointment 6.A Detailed Report is sent to the Service User
