Step 2
Meeting Your Specialist Team

If a full assessment is appropriate, you’ll be referred to our expert multidisciplinary team. This may include clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, or other specialists in neurodevelopmental conditions — all with extensive experience in adult autism and ADHD.
Step 3
Understanding Your Story

We’ll conduct an in-depth clinical interview to explore your developmental history, current challenges, and how you function day-to-day. If possible, we may also speak to someone who knows you well (like a parent, partner, or sibling) to gain a fuller picture, especially of your early life.

To ensure a thorough evaluation, we use a range of gold-standard, evidence-based tools tailored to your needs, including:
